Just got french tips and the shape is horrible. It's crooked, splotchy, she filed to early on the sides so the sides are messed up, huge globs of paint on the tips that didn't cure all the way through. Now they are f'ed up after 75 freaking dollars.

I've been going to this salon since November 2022. Usually see Joyce but last two times saw Audrey bc Joyce was OOT. Today's manicure was perfect! Bubble bath 3 coats plus top coat for my mani. Nails look awesome and she took her time to make them perfect! Thank you Audrey! Love my nails!

Under new management. Tony and his wife aren't there daily anymore, Saturdays only. That being said, The cost of everything has gone up so I waited for an occasion to get my nails done. I chose NY Nail because I have been going to Tony anytime I needed my nails done. I find out he isn't there so I book with the next available tech. I wanted basic pink and white and I like them to file the sides so they are narrow and not wide where my nail grows off. I asked the tech to file the sides narrow. Ok fine. Mind you, my nail length is sport because of my job so my nails are not long by any means. I got a text a week ago for 10% off for my bday. I proceed to show the gal at the cashier and she says "ok $59". I mentioned that the cost is $60 for pink and white and 10% off is not $59. She says it is $60 but since I got coffin shape, it's $5 more so $65 with 10% off is $59. Fine. Obviously my nails are NOT coffin nor did I ask for coffin and no mention of an up charge either. I paid it and tipped him since my nails look nicer than they did when I walked in but unfortunately I won't be back. I don't like doing business like that. The vibe just isn't the same there anymore.

Great service and the do not grind gel polish off your nails! It's easy to make and get appointment, they are very nice and have great customer service!!I would recommend!!
