I’ve been going here for a couple of year’s. I have my own nails so I only get them gel polished. I went a week ago. I’ve been noticing that my nails have become brittle. I split four nails on the side, and one broke. I went today to just have the one nail repainted. I had to wait in the chair for an hour, I wasn’t too happy but, they didn’t charge me, told me that I needed a manicure next week. I will be returning because I do love how the guy’s do wonderful work.

My first and last time in this salon . First of all as I approached the entrance I had NO idea that the man who was standing outside smoking was who was going to work on my feet without washing.

i went there to get a pedicure. While the pedicure itself was good it was the payment that I had a major issue. The original price for the treatment I asked for was $50 i was upcharged $10 at the end to make it $60. This I could get past, however it was the refusal to take my credit card. I was repeatedly told to get money out of the ATM and was not allowed to pay with my credit card. This is completely inappropriate as I said I wanted to pay with my credit card multiple times and was refused and forced to get money from the ATM in order to get my payment accepted. I will not be going back to this place. LA nails never tried to force me to pay a certain way and refused to take my credit card

My mother took my daughter here to have a mani and pedi. One of the female nail techs there did my daughter’s toes, which held up fine. She was a sweet girl. Then a male did her mani, he kept leaving her sitting while in the middle of a mani to answer the phone and help people walking in. Well needless to say 9 days after a gel nail polish mani, all the gel polish is gone from her mani. My mom decided to take her back up there to see if they would make it right. She showed him her nails, he said because it was 2 weeks old thats why it came off. My mom then showed him her nails that were done in gel polish 3 weeks ago at a different place that were perfect still. He agreed to fix them.

Critical:Professionalism,Quality,ValueThe woman who works here did a terrible job. Nail came off the very next day. They are also not prone to admitting their mistakes. I asked to get my nails cleaned up when I made the appointment, and when i got there was given a lecture about needing to include this when i make the appointment. BUT I did include this when i made my appointment. I said this, and instead of believing me, I was antagonized about it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I HIGHLY recommend going to LA nails around the corner instead. They actually treat their customers with care and regard.Services:Pedicure,Gel manicures,Manicure,WaxingThe woman who works here did a terrible job. Nail came off the very next day.
