where do i start! if i can give negative stars i would. first walking in everyone is staring as if they have never seem african american people beofre, second the person who did my nails was so rough and rude.... then my boyfriend paid extra for better service which included a massage and callus treatment removal (he did not get this) he received the sale services as my bestfriend and i. lastly they demand you to top them. i always tip but honestly the work they provided and the environment/ lack of professionalism i do not think they deserve a tip. my nails chipped minutes after and the polish smudged. i do not usually write reviews but i would never recommend this place not even to my worse enemy! when it eas time to pay this is how the conversation went: the worker "how you pay" me: "hand her my card" the worker: "how much tip" (while holding my card) me: "no tip" the worker: while still standing near me holding my card "cash or card tip?"me: "i dony want to give a tip service was bad" (she stood there for a while my bestfriend and i stared at each other)... i then said card "$5"! my bestfriend had similar conversation, only difference was they asked her how much she tipping and she said she wasn't and rhey stil waited til she said cash or card tip.

I never even usually make reviews but myExperience was that horrible to do so. I went there to get a fill for my nails. It was clear the girl had no idea what she was doing sitting filing my nails for 40Minutes and then gluing her hand to my hand and other workers having to separate our hands. I went through 3 ladies who had no idea what they were doing and at that point I just wanted to get out of there. I would never go back there.
