I honestly thought they were joking with me at first.I thought i was on a episode of pranked, my nails are all different shapes and the acrylic legit starts before my nails dose, like the acrylic is sitting on my skin my thumbs are almost a inch long meanwhile the rest of them put HARDLY passing my fingers tips i'm not even kidding he nicked me so many times evry finger has a cut on it and not to mention it took him exactly 2 hours and the store was completely empty. thats not even half of everything

First time at this salon.... Should have read the reviews first! The gentleman nail tech i had rushed and my nails were uneven and rough around the edges, he said he would fix them.... I told him i wasnt happy with them and he ignored me. His nails were dirty and gross. Never going back!!! To make it worse this was for my birthday weekend. Next time I'll just driver further to the salon i know would do a good job!

I arrived just after they opened at 9 there was one person In salon ahead of me. I always come get pink powder. A woman sat down glued tips on an began putting pink powder. She stopped and started doing someone else's nails told me to wait for the man. An hour and half later the man came and told me I could not use the pink powder ( I always do here) he proceeded to use clear I asked for a manager. The manager came over told me they were too busy to help a complainer. By now the salon was full. Another worker came up asked what was wrong I explained and he said ok just wait we do for you. So I waited another 20 mins the next thing I know 3 cops walk in and ask me to leave. I still had tips on fingers one with very little pink powder on my nail and one with clear. The rest of my fingers were still just tips no gel the manager said I could come back later

I was referred here by a friend and I must say that I am completely unimpressed with what I found. I walked in and no one greeted me. Finally some man (I assume the store manager) asks me what I am there for and he tells me to sign in. I do. Some woman sets up my device, leaves; and the man tells me to sit down. I do and no me came to check on me, start my service nor ask any questions/tell me about their services, etc. A woman walks in shortly after me, gets her service set up and is helped immediately. I ask about this and the young man helping her tells me that he is "sorry" and that someone would be there soon. I wait for another 10 minutes, ignored the entire time (they are saying something in Vietnamese all while) and get up to the leave. The same young man helping the lady looks over at me, smiles and sarcastically says "I'm so sorry". I literally could have flipped the desk over. I will NEVER be going here again and advice everyone to take their hard earned money elsewhere.
