Clean and smash fresh strawberries, then combine the smashed strawberries with cornstarch, water and sugar. Then let the sauce cool for about 10 minutes and then serve.

  • Cornstarch

  • Mash 1 Cup of Cleaned Strawberries – Clean and chop 1 cup strawberries, add to bowl and mash and set aside.A potato masher works great to mash the strawberries. If using frozen strawberries, let them thaw first.

  • Dice 1 Cup of Strawberries – Next, clean and dice 1 cup strawberries and set aside.
  • Hit Ingredients together – In a medium saucepan, stir together the sugar and corn starch over medium high heat. Stir in water, strawberries and sugar.
