What a wonderful experience in Purchasing my new Hyundai Tucson from Larry H Miller South West Hyundai. The sales person was wonderful, knew his product and let me drive the vehicle I was looking at. The price for my trade in was more then I had expected and even got 3Percent Financing on top of a great sales price. The car was delivered to me in less then an hour clean full tank of gas and out of Finance office. Great experience, Fantastic Dealership and Wonderful General Sales Manager Tom Hornbeck

My experience buying a new car was better than I thought it ever would be. I had seen the Hyundai Veracruz at Costco and wanted to see the car. Dustin(Sales Consultant) showed me this fantastic vehicle. A little large for my life style. However:The Hyundai Santa Fe was perfect for me The Santa Fe is easy to drive and smooth. With all the extras this was the car for me.

Then I sat down with Dustin and Tom Hornback and worked out a price that met with my approval.

For me the buying of my new Santa Fe was great and I look forward to being a family of satisfied customers.

I had one of the best service i have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle at a big dealership. All the staff were very courteous and made me feel at home.the sales person Richard was very knowledgeable and without his tremendous input would not have purchased my Hyundai Tucson that day. This dealership won me over by a long shot. Keep up the good work. Would recommend you to anyone looking for wonderful customer service at a big dealership anytime.

My first new car EVER was a 1999 Elantra. I have 134,000 miles on it, and it is still going strong. However, I've been helping people with their medical equipment, and the car is often not big enough. Also, I have been wanting to do some light off road driving and my car wasn't suited to this.
My experience with Dustin and others put me at ease; their patience paid off, and I decided to purchase a 2010 Tucson. WOW! What a great deal and what a great car.

Hyundai has always been the place for reliability, hassle free interactions, and dependability. I feel blessed that I became involved with Southwest for eleven years.

I decided to start looking at suv's last november. I contacted Southwest Hyundai via the internet. Jim and sheryl responded promptly.

It took me till April 15th, Tax day to decide to pay Southwest Hyundai a visit. I had decided Hyundai would be my first choice.

When I arrived I asked to speak to Jim Henderson. When Jim came out of his office I introduced myself. He pauses for a moment or so then he says, I have been calling you since last November trying to sell you a Hyundai Santa Fe. Thanks for coming in and asking for me. Lets go look at some Hyundai's.

I left the dealership with A Hyundai Limited AWD with the Navigation system. I got the price I wanted to top it off. It was a pleasant experience. No pressure.

We originally went to see if they had 2011 Sonatas in yet, just so we could look at one. The staff were all very courteous and professional and we ended up buying a new Sonata. Alex and Nick worked with us on the price and Sedrick and Will found us the best financing possible. Southwest was recommended to us and we will gladly recommend them to others.

I had a great experience in buying my '10 Hyundai Tucson at Southwest Hyundai in Albuquerque. People were friendly, not pushy, it was a comfortable experience and they did everything they could to make the deal work for me. It's a good looking vehicle, roomy inside, it feels solid, not cheap and just looks really cool. I wish I would have gone with them sooner. Hyundai is definitely a contender in the car market. A great vehicle that I'm proud to drive.

No one likes to buy a car. There's too many stories about dealers who don't deal with people honestly, price gouge and use deceptive practices. Southwest Hyundai isn't even close to one of those types of dealerships. From the first conversation on the phone with Jim H. to the final signatures on the paperwork, we were treated with respect and honesty. Southwest Hyundai has nice people selling great vehicles at super prices. We loved our Santa Fe so much and had such a pleasant experience at Southwest Hyundai, we bought another Santa Fe within 2 weeks of getting the first one. We have recommended Southwest Hyundai to several friends and associates already, and will continue to do so. Southwest Hyundai -- real people who care about your car buying experience.

Our experience at Southwest Hyundai was excellent. Very nice people, great vehicles, super customer service and a great price! We liked our first experience buying a Santa Fe with Southwest Hyundai so much, we bought another Santa Fe 2 weeks later! Too many people come into dealerships and are skeptical about service, integrity, value, negotiations, etc. And there are many dealerships that earn that reputation of mistrust. Southwest Hyundai is not one of them. Jim H. was great to work with -- a real person. Both Finance Directors were great to work with, explaining our options clearly. We got fantastic vehicles (we absolutely LOVE our Santa Fes) and have recommended Southwest Hyundai to a number of people and will continue to do so.

"This is the greatest service dept. ever!"

Initially, I chose SW Hyundai because I'd been bringing my older Elantra in for service here and I wanted to stick with the service department. This is the greatest service dept. ever! They've always been honest (imagine that!), helpful, understanding and entertaining. I didn't expect that I'd like the sales people, too. They were very very knowledgeable about the cars and patient with me. With the help of my Costco membership and Hyundai rebate I got a good deal on the new Elantra and also received what I wanted for my trade-in. To make it even better - it's a pet-friendly place. I had to watch my dog so she wouldn't tear off her bandages from surgery and they told me to bring her with me. Everyone was delighted to meet her (especially Jim). These folks were simply very human, interesting people that somehow made car-shopping pleasant.
